3. ALBOE Foundation — Nonprofit Stewardship
Nonprofit Declaration: The SovereignMind memory engine is managed as a free, opt-in public good under the ALBOE Foundation Nonprofit Program. The Foundation is the stewardship arm of ALBOE USA LLC, dedicated to advancing AI through sovereign data ownership. Revenue from commercial Guardian Shield hardware sales supports the continued development of the nonprofit SovereignMind program.
4. FTC Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure
📢 Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Disclosure: ALBOE USA LLC may participate in affiliate programs and may earn commissions on hardware or software recommended through our storefront and website. In compliance with the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), all affiliate and sponsored content is clearly and conspicuously disclosed.
4.1 Our Affiliate Button Standard
Every affiliate or advertising link on ALBOE properties uses the following high-contrast, fully visible button format. No dark buttons. No hidden links. No fine print.
Example affiliate buttons (actual style used on our site):
4.2 Affiliate Rules We Follow
- Visibility: All affiliate buttons use white/light backgrounds with dark text — never hidden in dark-on-dark styling.
- Labeling: Every affiliate link contains a visible [Ad] or [Affiliate] tag inside the button label.
- Proximity: The disclosure is on the button itself — not in a footnote, sidebar, or separate page.
- Honesty: We only recommend products we use in our own infrastructure or have independently evaluated.
- No deceptive urgency: We do not use fake countdown timers, artificial scarcity, or misleading claims.
4.3 Revenue Transparency
Affiliate revenue supports:
- Continued development of the SovereignMind open-source memory engine
- The ALBOE Foundation's nonprofit mission to advance AI for humanity
- Hardware research and development for Guardian Shield products
- Community programs for senior digital literacy and caregiver support
5. NVIDIA Hardware & SDK Licensing
NVIDIA Hardware & SDK Licensing: To deploy NVIDIA Edge AI and enterprise modules commercially across all ALBOE USA LLC hardware tiers — including but not limited to the Jetson family, Thor, and DGX Spark — we operate under the NVIDIA SDK End User License Agreement (EULA). Through our active NVIDIA Developer status, ALBOE USA LLC complies with these terms. There are no additional per-device deployment fees for utilizing the NVIDIA Hardware family, provided the core proprietary firmware remains unaltered by the end user.
